  • Smart Start: Free orientation required for members ages 13-15 who use fitness equipment. Teens will learn how to properly use all exercise equipment, basic exercise programming, and proper nutrition.
  • Adult Fitness Orientation: Members meet with a fitness staff member for a complimentary orientation. Learn the basics of the fitness room equipment. Free for members.
  • Fitness Evaluation: Includes blood pressure reading, body composition and starting weight assessment, and body measurements. $10 for members, $20 for nonmembers.
  • Personal Training: Personal trainers provide specialized fitness programs to help you reach your specific goals through one-on-one or semi-private training. Pricing varies.

  • Children ages 0-9 MUST be accompanied by a parent or an approved guardian, at least 16 years old at all times, to use gym facilities.
  • Ages 10 – 12 may use the gym as long as a parent or legal guardian is in the building.
  • Ages 13 and up have complete gymnasium access.
  • Gum is prohibited in the gymnasium.

Shift your workout into overdrive with this high intensity interval training class that combines grueling, all-out work efforts with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results.

S.T.A.R. CYCLE
At the KROC everyone is a STAR! With Spin, Toning, Abs, and Relaxation you get it all, just like you deserve. Start with heart-pumping spin, followed by a total body sculpt session. Then add an intense ab workout and top it all off with a relax- ing stretch segment.

XTREME CYCLE
Start with 30 minutes of interval ride to improve leg strength, cardiovascular and power endurance and then head to the for 30 minutes of TRX Suspension to build up- per body strength and core stability. Your body will transform in one quick hour!

PEDAL N’ PUMP

Put the pedals to the metal in this fast- paced workout taught on a stationary bike. You’ll climb, sprint, and train to incredible music. This class has a virtual instructor.

Get ready to climb! This dedicated strength based ride incorporates steep climbs and rolling hills designed to challenge your body and push you to perform. KROC FIT 17
This free, community event is an excellent opportunity for those interested see what The Kroc Center has to offer and to gain knowledge on ow to live a healthier lifestyle. Various group fitness classes, aqua aerobics, educational sessions, recreational activities and vendors will be available throughout the event for participants to experience. All ages are welcome, children 12-13 must be with parent to participate in group exercise classes.

Bring your infant or toddler for some laps in the stroller around the track. Children must be in the stroller at all times.

BOUNCE HOUSE MANIA
